Tools for streamers
Check your setup before you go live, then turn a click-speed or reaction challenge into stream content.
Before you go live: check your gear
Two minutes here can save an awkward first ten minutes on stream. Nothing is recorded or uploaded – every check runs in your browser.
Play a test live on stream
Open a test in its own window, add it to your scene and play it in front of chat. The result is big enough to read on stream.
- Pick a test and click “Open stream window”.
- In OBS, add a Window Capture source and choose that window. Prefer a Browser Source? Paste the link above and use “Interact” to play.
- Play, then drop the full test link in chat so viewers can try to beat you on the leaderboard.
Tip: resize the window to the shape you want on stream before you capture it – the test always fills the whole window.
Questions & answers
Does this work with Streamlabs or Twitch Studio?
Yes. Any streaming app that can capture a window or show a browser source works the same way.
Is anything recorded when I test my mic or webcam?
No. The device tests run entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or stored.
Can my viewers compete with me?
Yes. Share the test link in chat – everyone who plays on RankedTestHub can save a score to the global leaderboard.
